4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Verfyd to harass, abuse, or harm other users; post false, misleading, or offensive content; spam or send unsolicited messages; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or attempt to access the platform in unauthorised ways.

5. Events and Meetups

Verfyd facilitates connections and events but is not responsible for the conduct of users at in-person meetups. All events are held in public spaces. Attend at your own discretion and always prioritise your personal safety.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the Verfyd platform is owned by Verfyd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or behave in a way that harms the community.

8. Limitation of Liability

Verfyd is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verfyd is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
